The Philippine Coffee Expo (PCE) sets to deliver an exhilarating experience as the largest coffee-centric exhibition in the country. It is an event where different stakeholders meet to display their products, learn new things, and make new connections. 

Expect to meet and connect with participants ranging from coffee roasters to farmers, cooperatives, and equipment distributors who are drawn from agriculture, industry, and the food and beverage sectors. From bean to cup, this gathering offers insights into the latest innovations, trends, and developments in the coffee industry.

Explore the cupping laboratory, a dedicated area where people can taste and enjoy an ample range of locally produced and internationally acknowledged coffee. It is an opportunity to enhance one’s sensory experience and recognize the diversity and depth of flavor that permeate coffee.

The Philippine Coffee Expo hosts the esteemed Philippine Coffee Quality Competition, where top-level coffee producers showcase their skills. This is a prestigious event that not only recognizes excellence in coffee production but also encourages improvement and breakthroughs within the Philippines’ coffee industry.

The Philippine Coffee Expo 2024 is happening from June 7 to 9, 2024, at the 5th Level, One Ayala, Ayala Avenue Cor. EDSA, Ayala Center, Makati City, Philippines, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We look forward to seeing you at the event and sharing our passion for all things coffee with you! 

One Ayala can be found on the corner of Epifanio De los Santos Avenue (EDSA) and Ayala Avenue. It is right next to the MRT Ayala Station, SM Makati, and Glorietta Mall. The venue is easily accessible by public transportation, and there are parking areas available for those who are driving.

There is the One Ayala Terminal, which can be accessed via Ayala Avenue, Courtyard Drive, and a footbridge from the Ayala MRT-3 Station on the second level. SM Makati is also connected to the transport hub by a footbridge. If you’re coming from Glorietta, you can reach the terminal via Glorietta 4 and 5.

The One Ayala Terminal offers transport via PUV, PUJ, City Bus, P2P Bus, UV Express Van, and E-Jeepney to different routes and areas of Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

Yes, you can register when you arrive at the venue. We allow walk-ins and day-of registrations. However, we encourage you to register ahead of time to avoid long lines. Access Pass offers workshops and sessions with limited capacity that sell out before the event starts. We recommend registering for the event in advance, as our all-access tickets frequently sell out. 

If you are a visitor, you can check out the registration rates by clicking on the link below. We offer different types of packages to accommodate various needs and preferences. We encourage attendees to register early to secure their spot. PCG members can take advantage of early-bird discounts. Visitors can pay via Tickelo; they can choose from GrabPay, GCash, Maya, BPI, Visa, and Mastercard. We also accept on-site cash and encourage electronic payment transfers.

Discounts are given on the day of the event. Just present your ID on-site to receive the discount.

Yes. Group discount is offered for purchase of 10 tickets or more via online. Please contact Ms. J de Torres via Globe, Viber, or Telegram at +639672206505 or email expo2024@philippinecoffeeguild.org and events@perdemhay.com to arrange the sale of the group tickets and discount. No group discount is offered onsite.

After registering, you will be sent a confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. You will also receive a unique QR code. Please print this document or have it accessible on your mobile phone and bring it with you to the registration counters at the Philippine Coffee Expo. A staff member will scan the QR code and present you with a or wristband. A copy of the confirmation on your cell phone is also accepted. If you are unable to bring a printed copy, you can still pick up your at the registration counters by providing your first and last name. 

There will be no refunds for purchased event tickets.

Refund Policy for Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled for any reason, we will provide a full refund to all ticket holders within 30 business days of the cancellation announcement. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

Please note that Coffee Collective of the Philippines Inc. is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by ticket holders, such as travel or accommodation expenses. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Yes, the Philippine Coffee Expo 2024 will feature a range of talks and breakout sessions with expert speakers who will share their insights and experiences in the coffee industry. No, there is no dress code for the Expo. We want all attendees to feel comfortable and relaxed while they explore the event and learn about the latest developments in the coffee industry. However, we do recommend wearing comfortable shoes as you may be walking around the venue for an extended period of time.

Yes, food and beverages will be available for purchase at the concession area of the Philippine Coffee Expo. We understand the importance of staying energized and hydrated throughout the event, so we encourage you to take advantage of the food and beverage options available. Please note that outside food and drinks will not be allowed inside the venue.

No. Animals are generally prohibited on the premises of PCE. Exceptions will be made for service animals assisting law enforcement personnel and individuals with disabilities.

We absolutely do! We invite and encourage the industry press and local media to experience the Philippine Coffee Expo 2024. For media coverage on-site, we do require proof that you are legitimately in the industry or are a member of the press in order to qualify for your press badge. You will be asked to provide some information upon registration at the venue.

Yes, the Philippine Coffee Expo is wheelchair accessible and accommodating to guests who have limited mobility. We are committed to working with guests to adequately accommodate individual needs, such as wheelchair space locations. One Ayala has elevators and escalators, ramps, and bathroom provisions for PWD. We will gladly help or provide direction to anyone who requests assistance.

Yes! Our exhibitors will be more than happy to fill your cup with your preferred drink. But only clean cups will be accepted, and we will not be able to clean them for you.

PCE has a dedicated room for nursing mothers for the purposes of breast feeding, pumping, or who require rest for medical reasons. Just ask for assistance from our staff to direct you to the room.

There are baggage counters, so we encourage you to bring small bags and backpacks, ecobags, and secured water bottles. Strollers, carriers, and mobility scooters are allowed.

The management of PCE and One Ayala will not be liable for lost items or damages to recovered or abandoned articles. Keep your belongings secure and close at all times. Lost items are taken to our Expo Security booth located near the registration area.

  • Masks are optional.
  • A negative COVID-19 test result is not required.
  • You are encouraged to take any additional precautions you deem necessary to keep yourself safe.
  • Please do not enter the event if you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 or other serious and risky health conditions.
  • All participants are encouraged to sanitize their hands regularly.

All common areas are regularly cleaned and sanitized. We have a designated medical and restorative booth to manage any potential medical issues on-site.

For your safety and security, PCE has dedicated security officers and personnel in all areas. If you see any problems or incidents, please report them to security staff or proceed to the Help Desk. We have an on-site first aid team to assist anyone who is ill or injured. 

For everyone’s safety, all visitors and members must pass through a security check. Personal safety and the security of personal effects are the responsibility of each registrant.

  • Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
  • Beware and be alert to unauthorized activities inside the venue to avoid fraudulent schemes and scams.
  • Leafleting, signature gathering, picketing, merchandise sales, and press conferences by visitors are not permitted.
  • Solicitation of business and unauthorized for-profit activity are not permitted.

SPACE at One Ayala has established procedures for emergencies, including but not limited to earthquakes, fires, weather disturbances, bomb threats and explosions, robberies and armed assaults, serious physical injuries, and hazardous materials incidents.

PCE creates a safe and secure environment for guests. Venue security personnel reserve the right to determine the method of security checks deemed necessary, including the use of metal detectors and the search of clothing and/or other items. The following are not allowed inside the venue:

  • Large bags, luggage, suitcases, shopping carts, and coolers
  • Firearms, weapons, craft or utility knives, utility tools, and hazardous materials
  • Sport equipment, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, skating equipment and accessories, helmets
  • Professional-type cameras without proper authorization
  • Any other item that could put guests at risk is to be determined at the discretion of the PCE team and the One Ayala security team
  • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the building

PCE does not tolerate verbally abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or threatening statements or behavior toward PCE staff or other visitors.

Now on its third year, the Philippine Coffee Expo is the grandest national coffee event. PCE is a special avenue for the entire Philippine coffee industry to converge together and tackle key challenges and opportunities through technical discussions, and presentations of new technologies to increase productivity and quality and build networks within the coffee sector.
